The Sheraton Kauai is also only 1 mile from the The Beach House Restaurant where the wedding/reception will be held and a half mile from Keoki’s Paradise where the Friday welcome cocktail hour will be held.

Rate info

• Garden view $169 (cheapest current advertised rate is $239)
• Deluxe Oceanfront $239 (cheapest current advertised rate is $319)

Other Info

• State and local taxes total 13.416% for budgeting
• The Sheraton Kauai has also given us a reduced daily resort fee of $20 instead of $31 (resort fees are typical of the major resorts in Hawaii)
• The room block and rate will be good anytime between 9/10 – 9/17 (departing on the 18th)

The resort fee does however include the following

• Two Mai Tai Coupons
• Self Parking

Guest Deposits

• A deposit equal to 2-nights will be charged at the time you make a room reservation, and upon check-in, will be applied towards the bill
• Deposits paid are refundable if notice is received by Hotel at least 14 days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained

Cut-off Date

• The “cut-off date” for reserving rooms is 5:00 p.m. local time at Hotel on August 14, 2013
